About Prof. Dr. Quazi Deen Mohammad
Prof. Dr. Quazi Deen Mohammad is a renowned Neurology specialist in Dhaka with expertise in treating stroke, epilepsy, dementia, neuropathy, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, and other brain and nervous system disorders. He obtained his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1978, completed FCPS in Medicine in 1983, MD in Neurology from IPGMR in 1994, and advanced fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology from University Hospital Madison, USA. He served as Professor of Neurology and Principal at Dhaka Medical College and was the founding Director of the National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital (NINS), Dhaka, where he played a leading role in developing neurology services in Bangladesh. Currently, he provides specialized consultations at SPRC & Neurology Hospital, New Eskaton, Dhaka.
