Dr. Md. Shahin Howlader (Tahsun) is a highly qualified skin, allergy, and sexual disease specialist & dermatosurgeon in Barisal with extensive clinical experience in dermatology. He completed his MBBS from Dhaka and achieved BCS (Health), along with specialized qualifications including CCD (BIRDEM), DDV (BSMMU), and MACP (USA). He also received fellowship training in dermatosurgery and is a life member of the Bangladesh Dermatological Society.
